Francis Claire delivers internationally with fast and free expedited shipping for every purchase. During checkout, we will notify you if the address you provided is not within our delivery range.

Orders to the United States will generally take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and we will provide tracking information as soon as possible.

Although we hope that every customer loves their beautiful, conflict-free gem, we understand that some customers may want to return or exchange their gem purchased on our website. We are committed to offering you a full refund or an exchange, whichever you desire, if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact support@francisclaire.com within 60 days of the delivery of your order. If your gem has an issue from production, you may request a return or exchange forever as long as we are in business. Francis Claire will pay for and provide appropriate shipping labels so our gem can be returned. Upon inspection and confirmation that the returned gem is legitimate, we will provide a full refund or exchange (whichever you desire) within 14 days to the original method of payment. If one or more gift cards were used as a method of payment, we will issue a new gift card valid for one year with the value of the amount to be refunded.
